Delete your account
In the app
Sign in, open You › Data and privacy, choose Delete account data, then Delete for good. Your account and everything it keeps are removed straight away, and you are signed out.
Without the app
Email support@ridetempo.app from the Google account you sign in with, asking for your account to be deleted. It is deleted within 30 days, and you get a reply when it is done.
Deleting some of your data
You can delete single items and keep your account. Delete a ride (Progress › Rides, then Delete), a workout or a route in the app, and it is removed from your account at the next sync, with the ride's FIT file. Rides already in your account are only removed this way while ride sync is on (You › Account). You can also email support@ridetempo.app to ask for particular data to be deleted; it is done within 30 days.
What is deleted
Everything kept in your account: your name, email address and picture from Google, your rider profile, workouts, plan, routes, rides and their FIT files, your shared workout links, roadmap votes and suggestions, and your Strava and AI assistant connections, whose access is revoked. Nothing is kept afterwards.
What stays
Data on your own devices stays until you delete it there (You › Data and privacy › Delete local data) or uninstall the app. Rides you uploaded to Strava stay in Strava. The anonymous usage counts are daily totals that aren't linked to anyone, so there is nothing of yours in them to delete.
