Help and support
Contact
Email support@ridetempo.app. Say which app you use (browser, Windows or Android), your trainer, and what happened. A reply usually comes within a few days.
Trainer won't connect
Close other apps that might hold the trainer (Zwift, the Wahoo app, a phone nearby), then use the device chip at the top of the app. The compatibility page lists which browsers and connections work with which trainers.
Connecting ChatGPT or Claude
Add Ride Tempo from the assistant's apps or connectors, then sign in and allow it on the Ride Tempo page that opens. It reads the training kept in your account, so it sees your rides once they are synced (You › Account). Ask it for a workout and it appears in Workouts › From AI the next time the app opens. It can't change or delete anything. To disconnect, use You › AI assistants, or remove it in the assistant. The AI workouts guide goes through it step by step.
Sharing a workout
Press Share on one of your workouts to get a link. Riders signed in to Ride Tempo can open it, ride the workout at their own FTP or add it to their workouts. Sharing and opening links both need an account.
Your data
Everything stays on your device unless you sign in. The privacy notice explains what is kept where. To delete your account data, use You › Data and privacy.
